Who is eligible?

The Hosted Buyer Program is open to qualified buyers in the children, baby, and maternity industry who are actively sourcing products and working with international suppliers.

To maintain a high-quality experience, all applications will be reviewed, and only selected buyers will receive confirmation of acceptance.

To qualify as a buyer you must:

    Hold decision-making authority to source and purchase products or services.

    Represent a company in the children, baby, and maternity products sector.

  • 3

    Have an annual purchasing budget and be able to confirm its level.

    Share accurate company details to help us match you with the right exhibitors.

You have to apply before 01.11.2025

  • Specially Organized Meeting Program: One-on-one B2B matchmaking sessions pre-arranged with the exhibitors you want to meet.
  • Dedicated Guide: A mini tour of the exhibition on the first day, including photo spots, trend areas, pop-up corners with the latest products, and special zones like the startup section.
  • VIP Lounge: Exclusive access to a lounge area for hosted buyers, with spaces for relaxation, private meetings, and catering services throughout the day.
  • Exhibition Plan & Printed Exhibitor List: A printed exhibition kit, including a floor plan, a printed list of exhibitors, and a special delegation name badge, will be ready for you along with our exhibition bag!
  • Reserved Seat at the WGSN Seminar: A front-row seat at the WGSN trend seminar, where the upcoming season's trends will be revealed. Please inform us if you wish to attend, so we can reserve your seat.
  • Personalized Interview Recording: If requested, we can arrange a personalized video interview—become the star of our show!
  • 2 Days of Accommodation
  • Discounted Flights with Turkish Airlines (THY)
  • Shuttle Service: A shuttle service from Istanbul Airport to the venue will be available for your convenience.

Your applications are processed with approval from Commercial Attachés and the country's Chambers of Commerce and Industry. If your application is rejected, you will not be able to benefit from the Hosted Buyer service provided by CBME Türkiye. However, you are still welcome to visit the fair and benefit from our discounted flight and accommodation offers.

A maximum of 2 representative from the same company can apply, provided they stay in the same room.

Flight tickets are to be purchased by the attendee/company. In case of cancellation, it is mandatory to inform the organizer at least 1 week before the fair.
